1990’s Romantic Red Velour Peplum Top- Upcycled by Bella Rosalia.

This incredible top was sewn and upcycled from a 90’s velour dressing gown (see last photo). Before it had major grandma vibes… but I saw the potential with this gorgeous velour red fabric. I cut the garment into a blouse silhouette. Using the remaining material, I made a belt that cinches the waist and changed the sleeves for a more romantic modern renaissance look. This romantic top is the final product. I hope you love it as much as I do!
